FINANCIAL POLICIES

FEES AND PAYMENTS
It is customary to pay for medical services when they are rendered. The parent or responsible adult that comes in with the child to the office should be prepared to pay for services rendered at the time of the visit.

INSURANCE PLANS ACCEPTED
Our office files insurance claims for hospitalizations and for insurance companies with which we participate as a provider. The receipt that we give you at the end of each visit contains all information needed for your insurance company to process your claim. Please remember that insurance is considered a method of reimbursing the patient for fees paid to the doctor and is not a substitute for payment. It is your responsibility to pay for any deductible amount, coinsurance, or any balance not paid by your insurance company.
