Telehealth

We are excited to announce the availability of Telehealth to connect with you and your child!

If your child has symptoms of the following conditions, you may request a Telehealth visit by calling our office at 407-767-2477 or texting us at 321-559-2879, and speak with one of our schedulers:

  • Pink Eye
  • Allergy Symptoms (without signs of distress)
  • Constipation
  • Insect Bites
  • Burns
  • Minor Injuries
  • Medication Refills
  • Behavioral Issues

If your child's symptoms do not meet the above conditions, and you would like to request a Telehealth visit, please call our office to speak to one of our schedulers to discuss options for your child's healthcare.

Once your child's visit is scheduled

We would like to ensure you and your child have a great visit; therefore, we have developed a tip sheet to assist you with getting ready for your child's appointment. Also, please ensure you provide the correct browser permissions for the device you are using. This will ensure we can see and hear you and your child.

Telehealth Consent

Insurance

Telehealth visits are an alternative to in-office visits. As such, Telehealth visits are subject to the same deductibles, co-insurance, and co-pays as in-office visits. We encourage you to verify coverage with your insurance company regarding your child's coverage for Telehealth visits. If you are responsible for a co-pay, you may go to our patient portal, myhealthrecord.com, and select 'Pay My Bill.' You may also call our office and make a payment by phone.
